The vines for La Fiole Côtes-du-Rhône rosé are located in the Gard department, on vineyard plots with clay and silt soils, primarily situated on the plains. The microclimate here is cooler and wetter, with nearly identical exposure across the plots. These cooler soils help protect the vines from drought, which is crucial for producing fresher grapes. This freshness is essential for preserving acidity and aromas of red fruit and citrus. Grenache (around 70%, depending on the vintage), Syrah (around 15%), and Cinsault (around 15%) thrive on these terroirs, resulting in fresh, supple, fruity wines with a full finish.

The grapes are immediately pressed for about 3 hours, producing a fresh juice that is settled for 24 hours at 10°C to clarify before fermentation. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures (around 15°C) in stainless steel vats to preserve the varietal aromas. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to stainless steel vats for a brief ageing period.
