Noze

Fruity and spiced bouquet with notes of blackcurrant and prune

Palate

Initially fresh and full, supple and fruity with dominant notes of small black fruit and liquorice. A long and pleasing finish.

Blend

Manual harvest and separate aging for each variety during 6 months before blending.

The Rosé

With its subtle accents of rose, vine peach and strawberry, La Fiole Côtes du Rhône Rosé goes well with summer salads and good humor.

Paring tips

As an aperitif or to enjoy with pesto soup, tabbouleh, anchovy, aioli, summer salad, cold cuts, minced chicken and vegetables.

Service at 9 or 10 °C.

Noze

Subtle, delivering aromas of summer fruits and red fruits. The frank attack suggests a fresh wine, pleasant to finish with notes of strawberries.

Palate

Very nice roundness with some aromas of citrus, sweet almond and cherry stones. This wine is lively and has a good length.

Blend

Direct blending upon receipt and aging on lees for 6 months with regular stirring.

In its dazzling color, the white Fiole Côtes du Rhône expresses all its freshness and aromas.The floral notes mingle with the sweetness of apricot and white peach.

A must to pair with your grilled fish and white meats in a warm atmosphère.

Paring tips

As an aperitif or to taste with chicken with crayfish, sweetbread with morels, candied fruit-based dessert, vanilla millefeuilles, apricot tart.

Service at 11 °C.

Aromas of exotic fruits, white flowers and citrus.

Palate

Very complex encompassing notes of peach and apricot. This cuvée has a very good length and a good freshness.

Blend

Soft pressing and aging on lees for 6 months with regular stirring
